Simple instrustion as shown below:-
1. Soaks for 2-3 hours ( it is actually depends on the type of birdnest (燕盏takes longer time compared to 燕饼）
2.Stews for 45-90 minutes ( after volume expansion becomes soft, smooth and slightly soluble)
3. Adds rock sugars when it is almost ready. Also can add rock sugars when start stewing
